We reserves the right to cancel or suspend your hosting and/or subscription service account if we believe the account is being used inappropriately. Failure to comply with this policy will result in termination of your service.

In order to cancel your service you must remit your signed cancellation notice via mail or fax to 1 (866) 434-7956. If a cancellation is made within the first 30 days you will be entitled to a full refund, however this does not include domain name registration fees or any additional requirements for the service. After the first 30 days, 7 days notice is required, there is no cancellation fee. We will not refund customers that have violated any of the Miami RA, Inc. / rafaelanazco.com policies.

Miami RA, Inc. / rafaelanazco.com remain the right to suspend or deactivate your account at any time and this may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid. Any complaints received regarding the abuse of an account will be in the grounds of suspension.

Miami RA, Inc. / rafaelanazco.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend any service provided at our sole discretion.

Any sites hosted under our reseller plans must adhere to all of our policies.
